spring is here!

it was a beautiful sunday today!

 the weather has been a tad bit dreary recently. clouds, rain...at least its not snow!

but today, was sunny! i decided to walk to church so i could enjoy the nice weather.

on my way home, after church, i took my sweet time walking the couple of blocks back home. the change in the air is obvious. its getting warmer, there's a yummy fragrance...the change in the scenery is gorgeous! color all over! i enjoyed all of the bushes and trees blossoming with cute little flowers.

all of our fruit trees in the backyard are blossoming too!

we have apricot, apple, cherry, plum, and pear!

i love all the flowers on our beautiful trees, and i can't wait for the fruit that we will enjoy later on in the season! pretty flowers and delicious fruit on its way is so exciting!

spring is here and life is good!

my super awesome cool job!

i have decided that i have a super fantastic job! 

i've been working for Get Air Hang Time for about 2 weeks now. they've only been open for about 2 weeks too! we're a new business....not just any business. we're a super awesome cool trampoline park! but don't take my word for it, just watch this awesome video, filmed during our first week open!

pretty spectacular huh? and its even better in person! i love working there, the people i work with are great and its just so fun! i'm a cashier, so i get everyone set up and ready to have the time of their lives!

in other news, my mr. fryer is still gone. he is having so much fun, enjoying everything he's doing! i miss him but he'll be on his way home soon!

we get to talk every now and then through skype. sometimes its just the skype messaging, but what i really love is the skype video chat so i can see my handsome hubby!

did i mention that i miss him?! i'm surviving but i can't wait until i can see this smile that makes my heart beat like crazy again!!

new table!

we've been in utah for 5 weeks exactly today! we're loving being married, living together, job searching, meeting new people and all that good stuff. a couple days after we arrived in utah, we went searching for some furniture, a couch and a dining table. we found both pieces at DI, perfect!!! it was inexpensive and fit perfectly in our house! only problem was we had no chairs to go around the table...

we sat on wedding gifts instead....

this happened for a couple of nights, until we decided it was time to unpack and store all the boxes. we finally broke down and bought some folding chairs to use. matching dining chairs would be $60 a piece so folding chairs would have to work. neither of us really liked how it looked. we want our house to look purty! soooo.......my mr. fryer convinced me that it would be worth it to buy a full dining set. a new set would last longer and would be about the same price as buying a bunch of chairs to go with the current table. 

we finally decided on a table and it was a very very happy day when it was delivered!!!

it is a beautiful dark oak, counter height table with bar stool chairs. it has a fold-away leaf underneath it too! when the leaf is in, the table expands into a square that can fit 8 chairs around it! we love it!

it is truly the little things in life that make life good :)

on a different note, my mr. fryer is off a mission for the national guard. i just dropped him off this morning...i'm a sad larissa...i miss my hubby already and i can't imagine how lonely this month will be without him. it is going to be such a fun trip for him though! lots of good experiences and fun stuff!iI only wish he could come back home to me every night. oh well, i will try to survive until i can be with him again.
